Writing a Study Protocol in Health: Nature and Necessity (a commentary)AbstractNowadays, health researchers are interested in publishing study protocol. The study protocol is the leaven of a research project that explains the necessity of the research and the process of conducting the research in detail for other researchers. Also, the study protocol lacks findings, discussion, and conclusion sections. But the main question is whether any type of research can be presented as a study protocol or not? The most important goals of writing a study protocol are protection of innovations and important achievements of researchers, informing others about long-term research projects with large data, capital return of providers of research funds and prevention of republication. In addition, new topics, fast needs of society and researches with multiple phases are the priority for the publication of study protocol. However, other researches also should be published on this type of article. Therefore, it is recommended that large research projects, especially dissertations, be published first in study protocol. Of course, knowing more about this issue requires more investigations and searches.

Nowadays, Access to information in order to strengthening teaching and learning and individual capability development is one of the fundamental needs of all people. And there is no exception to this rule. Although there are numerous facilities in universities, some aspects to providing excellent services to disable students are ignored but if following policies and rules are done correctly, it is possible to act like some successful countries like England in this field. Proposal for (scientific assistant as a facilitator for disable students) is running in Isfahan university of Medical Sciences (MUI) , for a blind student as student with special needs. In this plan, people who are interested in helping disable people are identified , and in this way they will be cause of self confidence in disable students, and a pattern for other universities . This plan also can be an introduction to the formation of the center for providing services to students with special needs. This plan requires financial and spiritual supports and appropriate policy and planning in universities

The outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused many challenges especially in production and dissemination of misinformation among people. Dissemination of incorrect statistics about patients, the dead as well as those who have recovered from this disease, are some examples of misinformation. It seems that insufficient media literacy, complete trust or distrust of the media, the spread of rumors, fragmentation of information, social context, speed misinformation sharing, lack of ethics, different opinions between experts and authorities, the impact of time, and the neglect of the issue are all factors influencing the misinformation sharing. The causes of misinformation are different. Nevertheless, it seems that the main cause for all people is the lack or low level of media and information literacy among them. The realistic structure of dealing with crises must also be anticipated and institutionalized in society. On the other hand, the media can prevent dissemination of misinformation with transparency, speed and accuracy in disseminating information, and appropriate policymaking. These activities include quick determination of the spokesperson of the crisis headquarters during crises, the avoidance of other official’s opinions to providing information to the public, as well as the effective action of cyber police against the dissemination of misinformation in this condition noted. What has been mentioned as relevant factors in the present study is the view of the authors, and it is necessary to examine it by health researchers more.

Research is considered as an important investment for promoting innovation, knowledge development and economic development of countries. The aim of this study was to determine the economic barriers of health research in Iran. This was a narrative review. The data was collected through studying the articles published on information databases like Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, SID, Magiran, and PubMed. The keywords used in this research included "Barriers to Research", "Research”, “Economics", "Research Market" "Health" and other similar keywords. The study of economic barriers of health researchers showed that four factors including lack of research funding, lower investment in research, inadequate relationship with industry, and the non-commercialization of research results are considered as economic barriers in health research. Considering the new approaches of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in the field of health research, it is necessary to attract funds from outside universities, strengthen the relationship between industry and academic sectors, improve the quality of researches, and increase commercialization of research results.

Introduction: Today, stress is one of the human’s problems particularly in developing and developed countries. So, many people try to determine these factors and presented suitable solutions. The purpose of this research was to determine job stressors among librarians of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran in 2009. Methods: This study was survey research in which data was collected by questionnaire. Questionnaire validity confirmed by specialists and its reliability determined by Cronbach’s alpha, as (r = 0.91). 77 librarians were studied in this research. Considering the small sample size, the participants were selected by census method. The method of data collection was interview. Data analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive statistics and inferential tests. Results: The most effective stressor was lack of support for caregivers and the least important factor was Lack of identified audience groups. Ranking of stressors by four dimensions of Lothans indicate that organization structures dimension has the highest average and physical conditions dimension has the lowest average. There was a significant correlation between age, job experience and degree of education and stress factors. Conclusion: The results showed that the most important stressors are, respectively, the lack of manager’s support, lack of attention to job promotion, job insecurity, work only to eliminate any obligation and lack of library manager’s collaboration. Thus, managers should identify stress factors and eliminate them. Keywords: Stress; Psychological; Librarians; Academic Libraries.
